Charisma Property Management Company is a full-service property management company that serves the Sioux Falls metro area and surrounding communities. We provide a variety of housing options, including apartments, townhouses, duplexes, triplexes, single-family homes, twin homes, condos, and condominium associations. Charisma Property Management has been in service for two decades and has created a reputable name within the industry. Our staff has an overall tenure of over 100 years, with most being with Charisma for ten or more years, bringing significant experience and expertise to the table. Charisma's focus is on serving the community while operating with the principles of faith and integrity at the base of everything we do. In addition, we realize that along with technology, the housing market and guidelines are continually changing. We prioritize furthering our knowledge in the housing industry so that we can provide the best services to our residents and owners, and essentially the community. While we make it a priority to be a leader within the housing industry, the simple things are not forgotten such as knowing each of our residents and owners by name. Charisma strives to exceed expectations by providing a hands-on approach to growing the investment for our clients while maintaining open lines of communication and meeting the daily needs of the people we serve.
When our residents are happy, our clients are happy. Part of our service to clients is providing monthly financial reporting for each of their properties. We are known for going the extra mile with our owners and making their properties safe and profitable. Communication is the key to ensuring a dynamic relationship with our owners.

Every person needs a place of shelter, a place to call home. Housing is a basic need of life and our job is to serve people in helping them find something that meets their financial and life style needs. From the moment a potential resident inquires about available rentals, we ensure that their time is valued. We want to help make sure they are renting within their financial means and we have a variety of housing options to help to do that. Not everyone has time to in their busy schedules to see a unit in person and some people are moving from a distance, where they do not have the ability to see a unit in person so we offer a variety of ways to accommodate people. We will do virtual tours, where we go to the property and show them the unit through our phones in live time. We also have virtual tours available on our web page, where people can go through the unit on the screen right in front of them. We have a leasing agent that will schedule a time to meet people at the properties. We are also moving along with technology and opening more of our properties up to self-guided tours, where potential applicants can set up a tour of a property when it is convenient for them without the hassle of calling or waiting for a time to be scheduled. Technology continues to change, and we are consistently looking for better ways to serve our customers and clients. We also provide an on-line portal for our residents to pay their rent on-line for convenience. In addition, we have somebody on-call 24 hours, seven days a week to ensure that our resident's emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
