  • COST EFFECTIVE, RELIABLE MAINTENANCE - Charisma has formed relationships with our vendors over the years and some of those relationships have resulted in discounted rates that we are able to pass on to our properties to save our Owners money.  Charisma does not upcharge our vendor invoices like many competitors do!
  • AFTER HOUR EMERGENCY CALLS - When tenants call the after hours emergency pager, they do not get an outside agency answering the phone.  The Charisma staff answers those calls and schedules emergency work as deemed appropriate.  We take the late night calls so you don't have to! 
  • WE ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL! When you call the office, you will get someone from the Charisma staff answering the phone! We know you are busy and took the time to call, so we work hard to make sure you are able to speak to someone from our locally owned and operated company!!
